On-site teams encourage residents not only to participate in clubs and events but also to organize their own events. Resident involvement and feedback has helped create a culture that’s been built from the bottom up. The success of this strategy is clear, with resident satisfaction reaching 9.6, 100% occupancy across nearly 700 rooms, and a monthly waiting list of thousands of applicants.
Enso have achieved a high app adoption rate of 88% by incentivising community-led events, and also by centralizing all maintenance requests in the Spaceflow app. Spaceflow’s Ticketing module means all tickets are submitted via the resident app, while on-site staff are able to save operational time with the Ticketing dashboard in the Admin Console.

There, staff can stay aligned with the built-in commenting system, update residents on the ticket status, and efficiently assign, categorize, filter, and prioritize tickets. Resident reviews frequently mention the responsiveness and friendliness of Enso staff, while ticketing ratings on average exceed four out of five stars.
