Instead, replacing them with independently evidenced and validated standardised product reports, often with case studies, that allow for easy comparison.
Spaceflow has an independently verified report which is available to interested real estate companies on request. The report is generated from a set of standardised questions that Trustek have developed through collaborations and insights from their client base including, Redevco, Knight Frank, Colliers, Muse, Mapletree and Patrizia.
