Spaceflow Product Updates – H1 2024: New revenue opportunities and other upgrades

In the first half of 2024, we delivered new features to optimize offerings for tenants, access control, data analysis, and more.

01 Vendors and Services: optimization for ease of use

We made several updates to the Vendors and Services category in the Admin console and tenant app in Q1 and Q2. 

Custom timeslots now available!

Introducing custom time slots: now you can tailor-make your own time slots to meet your needs and make the most out of your amenities

With specific start and end times and the option to add specific pricing and custom names, you're in full control. Plus, you can assign different prices to these slots if needed. Selecting the ideal slot from the predefined options ensures a seamless experience for users.

Amenity add-ons

With Amenity Add-ons, a custom additional step after booking an amenity, tenants booking an amenity in the app can be shown one final screen after they finish their booking.

Admin can use this feature to provide personalized additional services, streamline collaboration with third-party vendors, boost revenue via upsell and cross sell opportunities, and further enhance the tenant experience.

02 New integrations: seamless access control automation

Through our new integration with Suprema, with their products Airfob pass and BioStar, we’ve introduced a new use case for seamless access control management via the Spaceflow platform.

Automated access control management

Instead of spending time to manually assign access to a new tenant, it’s possible to automate access control. When someone is added to a specific lease, that user will automatically be assigned the correct access permissions based on the lease.

03 Visitor Management System upgrades

We can now easily automate access restrictions for visitors based on the permissions of the given host. Spaceflow users can send a QR code to visitors that, when scanned, provides predefined access permissions within the property. 

This takes yet another task off the plate for property managers and other staff, empowering occupiers and making visitation a breeze.

04 Onboarding updates: educated users are engaged users

It’s easier than ever to onboard and engage occupiers in the Spaceflow app!

Introduce incoming occupiers to the Spaceflow features that keep them connected to the building and tenant community, like the Newsfeed, Channels, and Services. 

With in-app user onboarding, a simple and intuitive flow guides brand new users through the main features of the app for a smooth onboarding experience in just minutes.

Spaceflow clients can also take advantage of the platform’s customization to create their own unique on-boarding flow to educate their community on the space’s most important offerings.

Finally, in response to an issue found in the flow for new users who don’t know how to activate their virtual card for mobile access, we’ve set up an additional custom onboarding flow for buildings that use the access system control feature. 

The flow will enable users to set up mobile access more easily, with the ability to customize the flow based on each building’s different process.

05 Analytics dashboard: better data visualization

In the Analytics dashboard of the Admin console, users can view data related to the Tenant Satisfaction Score if their space is opted in to the feature, which we released in Q4 of 2023.

Admins now have the option to switch the view of ratings based on the whole portfolio or based on a single space. While admins could already see the average rating by month, they can now see the number of responses by month as well with the average month-to-date rating with month-on-month change. 

And in the current dashboard, the visualization of some metrics has been updated to be more interactive and give better insight through a single chart, instead of scrolling through multiple static charts. 

06 Coming up in Q3 2024

In Q3, we have even more exciting new features and updates planned, including vendor targeting across spaces and brand new integrations.
