On June 19, Spaceflow hosted the second Community Builders Meetup in Prague. We handpicked the main thoughts from Dana & Katka's presentation, who work for Impact Hub Prague as Community Managers. What is the Art of Hosting?

What is your role as Community Managers?
We are very proud that we have more than 900 people from different fields in our community, that is why our main role is to connect people and create an environment where our members can co-create and share experiences.
The key is to have a personal approach. We meet everyone in person, we help our members as much as we can. And the most important thing is that we want to become partners, not suppliers.
What are your challenges right now?
The biggest challenge for the following months is to connect our two communities – the K10 and D10 community. We want to build a feeling that we are only one community.
