Spaceflow and GROWE to transform resi property operations on Dutch market

Along with the integrated property management system Wunderbricks, the backbone of GROWE’s backoffice operations, Spaceflow's platform will facilitate tenant-facing operations for GROWE’s team, enabling frictionless operations and a seamless resident journey from move-in to move-out.

The partnership with GROWE, a company dedicated to transforming spaces into exceptional experiences with a focus on personalized service and creativity, marks a key step in bringing next-generation property management to the Dutch market. Spaceflow's resident app, which offers seamless access to spaces and amenities, community engagement features, and smart building controls, complements GROWE's on-the-ground expertise in property and facility management.

GROWE has already launched Spaceflow in the recently opened MaMa Pioneers shared living Poppies location. The collaboration will enable residents to easily connect with GROWE, interact with local partners, and manage all aspects of their living experience through a single, intuitive app. This includes everything from booking amenities and accessing smart features to streamlining administrative tasks like lease termination or requesting a landlord statement.
