Extend of personal data: unstructured data obtained within chat window including email address and identification of a chat participant
The purpose is: promotion of Spaceflow's products and services, promoting its brand and goodwill
Way of processing: using chat window for communication with prospective and current users of Spaceflow’s products and services, to store communication history from a chat and to use them in our CRM tools, to use obtained personal data to create custom audiences for a marketing campaign (retargeting) in social media (LinkedIn/Facebook) and on website (Google) or to send you news (e.g. via newsletter)

I further acknowledge that I can withdraw this consent electronically by email sent to email hello@spaceflow.io or by written request delivered to the current Spaceflow address.
I can withdraw the consent before the lapse of the time I granted it, i.e. at any time. Withdrawal of the consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data by Spaceflow prior to such withdrawal. If you give us your consent, we will be able to communicate with you via chat window. If you provide us with an email we will include you in our database of contacts and we will send you replies to your requests and news (e.g. via newsletter) in the field of residential and office life in connection with our application, new or planned functionalities of the application and their possible impact on residential and office life a planned change of privacy policy possibly an updated offer of our products and services. We may use your personal data to include you in a custom or other audiences lists for retargeting marketing purposes in our social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) or Google search platform or to contact you directly with an offer.
